About Colvita Creative
At Colvita Creative, we're all about storytelling. As a boutique marketing agency specializing in tourism and hospitality, we help brands across the Mountain West region captivate their audiences with unforgettable campaigns. We're on the hunt for a Performance Marketing Coordinator who lives and breathes digital advertising.
In this role, you'll take charge of running high-impact ad campaigns across platforms like Google, Meta, and beyond, ensuring every dollar works as hard as it can. You'll thrive on digging into data, optimizing performance, and crafting strategies that connect brands with the right audiences in meaningful ways.
If you're someone who gets fired up about ROAS, loves staying ahead of platform trends, and enjoys blending creative thinking with analytical precision, this is your moment. Join our fast-paced, collaborative team and help bring our clients' stories to life through smart, effective paid media strategies. Bring your expertise, curiosity, and passion for delivering results-we can't wait to see what you'll do.
About the Role
We're on the hunt for a Media Manager. You'll be the architect and operator of paid media programs-digging into audience insights, shaping multi channel strategies, launching and optimizing campaigns, and translating performance data into plain English wins for our clients.
The ideal candidate is someone who loves digging into data, thrives in a team environment, and is passionate about helping clients achieve their goals through paid media strategy. If you're looking for an opportunity to make a meaningful impact, and stay with a company that values your contributions, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the Media Discipline
- Lead paid media strategy across social, search, display, programmatic, digital video, emerging channels, and (occasionally) legacy placements.
- Translate brand goals into media KPIs and full funnel plans that balance reach, engagement, and ROI.
- Research & Insight
- Uncover audience behaviors, category trends, and whitespace opportunities with tools like GA4, Data Studio/Looker, Tag Manager, Meta & TikTok Insights, and good old fashioned curiosity.
- Campaign Execution & Optimization
- Build, traffic, and QA campaigns; manage budgets daily; test relentlessly; and iterate based on real time performance.
- Deliver weekly dashboards and monthly story driven reports that connect the dots for clients and internal teams.
- Collaboration & Leadership
- Partner with Strategy, Creative, and Account leads from brainstorm through wrap to ensure media, message, and measurement are in sync.
- Mentor junior buyers/analysts (and help us hire them as we grow).
- Vendor & Partner Relations
- Negotiate with platforms, publishers, and influencers; stay ahead of betas and industry shifts; and secure added value opportunities.
Must Haves
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Advertising, or related field.
- 3-5 years managing multi channel paid media budgets (at least $250K annually) at an agency or brand.
- Fluency in Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads & DV360, TikTok Ads, and GA4; bonus points for experience with OTA, travel, or DMO placements.
- A knack for turning spreadsheets into stories-and explaining ROAS without jargon.
- Comfort juggling adventure centric clients one minute and B2B or nonprofit the next.
- Entrepreneurial grit: you see ambiguity and build process, not panic.
- Strong data analysis and reporting abilities.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to execute projects under tight deadlines and within budget.
- Creative problem-solver with a proactive mindset.
Nice to Haves
- Experience marketing destination, resort, or outdoor gear brands.
- Knowledge of SEO/SEM interplay, CDP/CRM data activation, or attribution modeling.
