Media Intern Reports to: Media Director
As part of the Media team, you will assist the team in planning, executing and optimizing campaigns across disciplines: SEM, Paid Social, Digital, TV, Radio, OOH and Print. You will be treated as member of the Media of team and will work alongside real media campaigns. Duties and Responsibilities - Assist Media team in development of media plans
- Maintain/steward of media plans across all media channels
- Attend internal status meetings and meet with media vendors
- Assist team with monthly reporting across all media channels
- Work with media vendors and manage make-goods and billing discrepancies
- Request information and write points of views (POVs)
- Interface with various internal groups on a daily basis to manage media accounts (Account, Creative, Finance, Strategy, Traffic)
Qualifications - Junior or Senior in college, preferably with a concentration in advertising, marketing or communications
- Basic understanding of the principles of marketing and advertising, as well as an understanding of media concepts and terms
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills (i.e., a strong command of pivot tables and creating compelling presentations in PowerPoint)
- Strong work ethic and social skills
- Self-motivated, yet works well in a team environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Looks for ways to contribute and love sharing ideas
