Med/Surg RN

This RN position offers a $20,000 sign-on bonus.
•  Responsible for directing, delegating, and coordinating patient care within license scope while reporting to the charge nurse.
•  Implements and documents patient care, supports quality improvement, and demonstrates positive customer relations.
•  Requires graduation from an accredited nursing school and current RN license (or eligibility) in Missouri.
•  Must be BLS certified; ACLS and PALS recommended.
•  Experience with all age groups preferred.
•  Ability to work 12-hour shifts, lift up to 35 lbs, and maintain high accuracy under pressure is needed.
•  Must align with the Medical Center's mission and values.
