This Registered Nurse (RN) position offers a $20,000 sign-on bonus. The RN provides and coordinates patient care per their license, reporting to the charge nurse. Key responsibilities include demonstrating positive customer service, implementing and documenting patient care, participating in quality improvement, and supporting the center's mission. Requirements include a high school diploma, nursing degree, Missouri RN license (or eligibility), and current BLS (ACLS and PALS recommended). Must be able to work 12-hour shifts, meet physical demands, and handle high-pressure situations with accurate and timely care. Experience with all patient age groups is required.
