Med/Surg Graduate Nurse

•  This Registered Nurse (RN) role offers a $20,000 sign-on bonus. The RN provides direct and coordinated nursing care for assigned patients within their license scope, working under the direction of a charge nurse. Responsibilities include implementing and documenting care, supporting quality improvement, and assisting co-workers. RNs must demonstrate strong customer service and support the organization's mission.
•  Requirements: high school diploma or equivalent, graduation from an accredited nursing school, Missouri RN license or eligibility, BLS required (ACLS and PALS preferred). Must understand growth and development across all life stages and be self-motivated to follow hospital policies.
