Insight Global is seeking a Business Analyst to join the IT & Data team of a global consumer healthcare client. This team is dedicated to Medical Safety analytics applications, providing critical insights into adverse events to enhance product development, safety, and governance. The Business Analyst will elicit and document requirements from end u , including data scientists and medical professionals, leveraging expertise in both domains. They will provide continuous support for the existing analytics platform, ensuring seamless operation and user satisfaction. Additionally, the Business Analyst will collaborate on future project phases, focusing on application enhancements and the strategic migration to cloud servers.

Required Skills & Experience

7+ years' experience as a Business Analyst
Experience working with Jira
Previous experience working on medical safety applications
GxP and Pharmacovigilance background
Previous experience/understanding of data science and/or data analytics functions
Strong written and verbal communication

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Previous experience with Argus or Aris Global medical safety software
