Description
The Project Manager is responsible for:
- Developing comprehensive project plans
- Leading and managing project teams
- Efficiently allocating and monitoring resources
- Ensuring high-quality construction work
- Identifying and mitigating project risks
- Maintaining strong client relationships
- Monitoring and adhering to project schedules
- Administering contracts and managing costs
- Maintaining accurate project documentation
- Enforcing safety protocols and compliance
- Solving project-related challenges
- Encouraging continuous improvement
Profile
The right candidate has the following qualifications:
- 5-10+ years of project management experience with a mechanical contractor
- Preferably experience in Higher Education/Institutional, Lab/Lifescience, and Healthcare sectors
- Ready to fast-track into an SPM position
- Experience with Microsoft Project, Bluebeam, Procore
