A Day in the Life:

  • Lead and manage multimillion-dollar projects, ensuring timely delivery and client satisfaction
  • Supervise and mentor a team of Project Managers and Engineers
  • Maintain strict adherence to safety standards and best practices
  • Ensure project consistency, from estimating to cost management and forecasting
  • Drive effective communication within the team, sharing updates and key company information
  • Manage project cash flow, ensuring timely billings and collections
  • Participate in key meetings and strategic planning with senior leadership

What We Are Looking For:

  • 10+ years of experience in the construction industry
  • Proven leadership managing projects with a scope exceeding $10M
  • Strong expertise in MEP project management
  • Experience leading teams of 3+ managers
  • OSHA 30-hour certification and familiarity with safety regulations
  • Strong problem-solving and business decision-making skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced team environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
