Mechanical Project Designer

Bonus: Individuals in this position may be paid a discretionary bonus. Requirements: Must have a Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent in Mechanical Engineering, Engineering or a related field, and 5 years of post-bachelors, progressive related work experience. Of the required experience, must have 5 years of experience with the following: Steam systems for heating and humidification in hospitals; Nitrogen systems for use in Labs; Mechanical systems used in the heating and cooling of schools, universities, hospitals, and labs; BIM modeling systems including set up, schedule and family development; HVAC nomenclature, design techniques, materials, system components, construction techniques, related engineering systems, and prevailing building codes; and Researching, calculating, analyzing and documenting technical systems to present to clients. Telecommuting permitted up to 2 days a week, depending on business need. Travel to various locations throughout the US required up to 10%.
