Job Summary Key Responsibilities Planning & Scheduling - Develop and maintain maintenance schedules for industrial machinery and systems, including preventive, predictive, and corrective tasks.
- Coordinate daily, weekly, and monthly work schedules based on operational priorities and available resources.
- Create detailed work orders, including labor requirements, materials, tools, and safety protocols.
- Ensure all maintenance activities align with production schedules to minimize downtime.
Resource Management - Plan and procure necessary materials, spare parts, and tools for scheduled work.
- Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to source and ensure timely delivery of mechanical components.
- Maintain an inventory of critical spare parts and manage reorder levels.
Technical Oversight - Provide technical expertise in diagnosing mechanical issues and recommending solutions.
- Develop detailed repair plans, including schematics, diagrams, and step-by-step instructions.
- Collaborate with engineers and technicians to implement equipment upgrades and modifications.
Compliance & Documentation - Ensure all maintenance activities comply with safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards.
- Document work plans, completed tasks, and equipment history for tracking performance and reliability.
- Assist in audits by providing accurate and up-to-date records of maintenance activities.
Physical Requirements - Ability to work in an industrial environment, including exposure to noise, heat, and heavy machinery.
- Physical capability to inspect equipment and perform hands-on tasks when necessary.
