Job Responsibilities
- Carrying out mechanical maintenance, both reactive and planned, on a range of equipment including AHU's, piped and ducted systems, pumps, pressurisation units, plumbing, and pipefitting.
- The post holder shall have knowledge of L8 requirements, both theoretical and practical.
- Responding in a 'hands-on' capacity to Critical Plant breakdowns and undertaking remedial action in the field.
- Completing and recording PPM tasks.
- Carrying out routine inspections of plant and systems during each shift.
- Assisting in implementing emergency and contingency procedures as required from time to time.
Working Hours
All team members are expected to work a basic week based on a shift system, generally from 07:00 to 15:00 Monday to Friday, with a cyclic late shift of 12:00 to 20:00 and a cyclic Saturday shift of 08:00 to 16:00.
