Your Role:

As a Mechanical Integrity Engineer, you'll ensure the reliability and safety of critical chemical processes at our El Dorado facility. Reporting to the Maintenance & Reliability Manager, you'll conduct non-destructive testing (NDT) to maintain the integrity of structures, components, and equipment.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform NDT inspections, including penetrant testing (PT), visual testing (VT), and ultrasonic thickness (UT) measurements.
  • Supervise third-party inspectors during outages and maintenance schedules.
  • Analyze inspection reports, identify issues, and recommend corrective actions.
  • Manage the mechanical integrity program using advanced software (PCMS).

What We're Looking For:

  • Bachelor's Degree and 5+ years of experience in a related role.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
