Job Responsibilities:
- ONLY US CITIZENS
- Analyze customer Technical Specifications and Component Maintenance Manuals to identify equipment requirements.
- Create 3D parametric CAD models using SolidWorks, along with layout drawings for conceptual designs and conduct feasibility studies.
- Develop comprehensive designs for the mechanical components of projects. This includes the fabrication of stationary and portable enclosures, bases, support fixtures, mounting adapters, shafts, gears, hydraulic manifolds, and piping systems (hydraulic and pneumatic).
- Execute engineering calculations to ensure designs comply with functionality and safety standards.
- Preferred experience in Fixture, Tooling, and Assembly Automation Design.
- Proficient in component selection for hydraulic and pneumatic systems with the ability to read and understand hydraulic schematics.
- Basic knowledge of electrical engineering principles and PLC programming.
- Experience in designing gears and industrial gearboxes, particularly high RPM increasers.
