Key responsibilities:
- Perform Mechanical bias PPM and reactive tasks on-site for commercial buildings, including but not limited to boilers, pumps, Fan Coils, AHU's, HVAC systems, plumbing, and more.
- Assist with reasonable requests from the client and Contract Manager.
- Manage tasks such as booking sub-contractors, closing PPMs, handling reactive works, and ordering materials.
- Undertake fabric duties as and when required.
What's needed?
- Level 2 or 3 City and Guilds (Mechanical) or equivalent.
- 3-5 years of Facilities Maintenance experience.
- Strong Mechanical (Facilities) knowledge, background, and experience.
- Electrical knowledge - Desirable.
