Assists with overseeing the protection of physical assets, facility and equipment maintenance, and facility housekeeping to ensure a safe, clean, and efficient facility. Dispatches and oversees the work of outside service housekeeping vendors through physical inspections to ensure quality of work. Participates in environmental audits. Provides Compliance training with some supervision. Drafts feasibility studies and assists in projects as needed by the management team. Drafts conveyor design options using computerized drawing software (AutoCAD), computes cost estimates of design alternatives, and documents the design processes. The primary function of this position is DRAFTING. Bachelors Degree preferred Qualification Proficient with Autodesk or SolidWorks 2D and 3D Software Meticulous with the ability to distinguish between big picture concepts and detailed facts, while ensuring tasks are completed accurately and with appropriate level of detail to impact end goals. Project management experience with the ability to develop project plans and manage the project to completion utilizing Microsoft Project or Excel Excellent written and oral communications, and interpersonal skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, OneNote, Teams, and Outlook)
