Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
- Leadership qualities to co-ordinate and plan work packages and track progress to completion.
- Oversight of deliverables from team ensuring robust burn down of technical debt.
- Reviewing tolerance analysis, GD&T strategies and tolerance schemes.
- Ensuring document updates are carried out in line with company policies.
- Ensuring issues are resolved in a timely manner.
Key Activities
- Some level of team leadership and co-ordination
- Mechanical Design including CAD, GD&T, tolerance analysis, change management, document updates, burn down of technical debt. Issue resolution
Desired Skills
- Mechanical Design, CAD - Siemens NX. Drafting, Tolerance Analysis, GD&T, Sheet Metal fabrication and Electro-Mechanical
Qualifications / Requirements
- Mechanical engineering degree or significant experience of working in a highly regulated / life safety industry.
