  • Provide regular updates on project status and progress.
  • Evaluate materials, tolerances, and manufacturability to ensure design quality and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to confirm design feasibility and optimize production.
  • Investigate design issues using root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
  • Support the sales team by supplying technical data, system drawings, and design input when required.
  • Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, or video conferencing.
  • Occasional travel may be required for system testing, design validation, or on-site customer support.

Qualifications

  • Associate's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in mechanical design, preferably in automated or industrial equipment.
  • Strong proficiency with 3D CAD software (Autodesk Inventor preferred; training available for the right candidate).
  • Highly skilled in Microsoft Excel.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to listen actively, retain technical information, and clarify complex issues.
  • Organized, adaptable, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Self-motivated team player who enjoys hands-on and collaborative projects.

Candidates with experience or familiarity in any of the following areas will be given preference:

  • Industrial automation
  • Equipment integration and maintenance
  • Motor controls and programming
  • Robotics and electrical systems
  • Pneumatic actuators and sensors

Additional Information

  • This is an on-site position.
  • Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S.; visa sponsorship is not available at this time.

If you're excited by the opportunity to contribute to a growing engineering team and make a direct impact on innovative automation systems, we encourage you to apply.
