Job Details

The Customer Service Specialist will answer product and service questions. Process orders, prepare correspondence and fulfill customer needs to ensure customer satisfaction.

Technical Advice

• AC Electrical
• DC Electrical
• Mechanical

Understanding of mechanical assemblies
Excellent communication skills
Customer focused
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Spanish a plus.
