Duration: 12 months contract
Job Description:
- The ideal candidate can work independently with minimal supervision from engineering and management, assist in new product introductions, and ensure a repeatable and efficient manufacturing process.
Responsibilities:
- Work with engineers to introduce new products to manufacturing.
- Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues in production.
- Perform mechanical assembly work as needed.
- Update and maintain documentation for manufacturing processes.
- Assist in the repair and maintenance of test fixtures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve manufacturing efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with cleanroom (CR) procedures while working in a bunny suit.
- Be available for overtime, night shifts, and weekend work as required.
Experience:
- Experience in troubleshooting manufacturing equipment and processes.
- Ability to update and create clear, repeatable manufacturing process documentation.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Willingness to work in a cleanroom environment (bunny suit required)
- Flexibility to work overtime, night shifts, and weekends as needed.

Education:
Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering (BSME) or Electrical Engineering (BSEE).
