What the Role Delivers Fabricate, assemble, install application and support equipment used in company's chemical application services. Assists with preventive and corrective maintenance of application equipment to ensure long-term economic operation to support our customers. Key Responsibilities form, fabricate, assemble, install, and troubleshoot application equipment adherence to all safety policies i.e elevated work, PPE, etc. work may include pipefitting, welding, grinding, electrical and plumbing systems facilitate equipment and productivity improvements always keep shop in an orderly and safe manner proper storage of mechanical stores and parts forklift operation including maintaining forklift operation certificate support application services during harvest season other duties as assigned How We Work AgroFresh core competencies - those in italics apply for people leaders Accountability for Results Mindset for Growth Customer Centricity One AgroFresh What the Job Requires High school graduate or GED minimum of 3 years fabrication and welding experience good spoken and written English; Spanish a plus basic arithmetic skills required able to work on multiple projects simultaneously able to move freely in a production and maintenance shop environment able to perform welding, pipe fitting, minor electrical, carpentry and millwright work able to climb stairs and ladders and lift 50 pounds.
