Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Mechanic to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical knowledge and experience in various repair and maintenance tasks. This role involves diagnosing issues, performing repairs, and ensuring that all vehicles are repaired and safe. The Mechanic will work with a variety of tools and machinery, contributing to the overall functionality of our operations.

Responsibilities

Diagnose mechanical issues using schematics and technical manuals.
Perform routine maintenance and repairs on vehicles including brake repair and tire service.
Utilize power tools and hand tools effectively for various repair tasks.
Conduct electrical repairs, including soldering and aligning components as necessary.
Maintain accurate records of repairs performed and parts used.
Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects.
Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in mechanical technology.
Experience

Proven experience as a Mechanic or in a similar role is preferred.
Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in repair and maintenance tasks.
Familiarity with electrical systems and troubleshooting techniques is a plus.
Ability to read schematics and technical drawings effectively.
Experience with power tools, brake systems, tire service, and other mechanical equipment is highly desirable.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail are essential for success in this role.
NC inspection license preferred.
Minimum 4 years' experience verifiable

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.19 - $23.40 per hour
