MDS Coordinator

Join our team as an MDS Coordinator, supporting both full-time and part-time roles with flexibility across two facilities in Beverly, MA.
•  Responsible for timely, accurate MDS assessments, regulatory compliance, data supervision, and report preparation.
•  Assist with audits, surveys, and quality improvement initiatives.
•  Require RN or LPN license, at least 1 year long-term care experience, prior MDS/RAI knowledge, and active COVID-19 vaccination.
