Genesys Developer Position: Genesys Developer
Position Type: W2-Contract
Locations: Plano, TX Charlotte,NC
Work Mode: Hybrid (Three days onsite and two days remote)
Job Description: - 10+ years of development and Implementation experience with Genesys contact center solutions On-premises and Cloud.
- Configure and troubleshoot Genesys software and hardware components
- Integrate Genesys with Third-party applications and Systems
- Strong experience with Genesys Framework including IVR development /Scripting,Routing Strategy and Reporting
- Working experience on Major Genesys and NICE platform upgrades
- Utilize Genesys cloud APIs,SDKs and tools to build integrations and extensions
- Experience with Genesys products (PureCloud, PureEngage,PureConnect)
- Experience with call recording platforms (NICE, Genesys IR)
- Experience with Genesys Cloud APIs,SDKs and development tools
- Knowledge on Genesys Cloud security features
- Proficiency with programming languages (Java,Python,JavaScript)
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Strong and confident knowledge in Contact Center network topology
- Coordinate with other tech partners like Avaya, network partners and product vendors
- Nice to have: Knowledge in Siebel CRM Application Integration
- Familiar with Agile methodologies and related process.
- Ability to arrange and write Design Documents.

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS: Pay Range: $55- $60 per hour on W2
Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
