Description SAIC has an opening for a CI/HUMINT Instructors located in Virginia Beach, VA responsible to provide specialized security expertise for the MCIS team. Job Duties: Provide schoolhouse support that encompasses the entire Marine Air Ground Task Force (MAGTF) Counterintelligence/Human Intelligence (CI/HUMINT) Course curriculum Instructional/evaluation methods shall include presentations, hands-on demonstrations, briefs, lectures, and practical applications IAW applicable POI lessons that support MAGTF CI/HUMINT Course Instructional methods shall simulate real-world operations in varying environments that will test the following situational skills: CI functional services, CI collection activities, CI investigative activities (including CI surveillance), CI analysis and production, support to CI operations, overt HUMINT debriefing, clandestine HUMINT operations, and intelligence interrogations. Train, advise, and mentor CI/HUMINT students and teams on techniques, tactics and procedures of CI/HUMINT operations Teach, role play, grade intelligence and operational reporting, and support as Faculty Advisors (FACADs) Integrate into training exercises and provide post exercise critiques and grading, AARs, and complete student performance evaluations IAW established T&R standards in a performance evaluation checklist General oversight of classroom activities and training exercises - Support program reviews, training coordination meetings, and course content reviews Support training exercises that require the use of motor vehicles and other support equipment Attend follow on training, as necessary, to facilitate instructional/curriculum refinement Qualifications Required Education: High school degree and six (6) years' of experience per contract specifications, Bachelors degree cannot be considered in lieu of degree. Required Security Clearance: Active Secret clearance with the ability to obtain Top Secret/SCI clearance; US Citizenship required. Required Skills: Proven experience as a CI/HUMINT Instructor working in a professional environment. Good analytical skills and be able to operate in a demanding environment while executing multiple tasks simultaneously. Be proficient and skilled in the most current version of Microsoft Office software. Strong verbal and written communications.
