  • Follow development best practices and align with architectural standards to ensure scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions.

Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience in Asset and Engineering Management, with hands-on expertise in configuring and maintaining Maximo Application Suite (v8) within complex engineering environments.
  • Strong scripting skills in Java, Python, or Jython, with a solid grasp of the Maximo technical stack, including IBM OpenShift and MS-SQL in an Azure-hosted environment.
  • Proficient in key MAS components including Manage, Schedule, and Mobile (essential), with additional exposure to Monitor & Predict (desirable).
  • IBM Certified Administrator and Deployment Professional for Maximo Manage v8.x.
  • Experienced in Agile methodologies (preferably SCRUM) and effective in cross-functional team environments.
  • Skilled in managing third-party delivery partners, including IBM service providers.
  • Excellent communication skills, with a collaborative and customer-focused approach.
  • Knowledge of Government and MOD environments (desirable), including standards such as JSPs and DCPP.
  • Experience with asset IoT and monitoring technologies.
