We're looking for an adaptable, student-focused math educator who can differentiate instruction, make math meaningful, and challenge students at all levels.
Who You Are
You are an engaging, student-centered educator who:
- Values small class sizes and wants to build strong relationships with students
- Loves creative problem-solving and can adapt instruction to meet below, at, and above grade level learners
- Connects math to real-life applications to build student confidence
- Has experience working with students with learning disabilities, ADHD, and executive functioning challenges
- Wants to be part of a close-knit, collaborative team that supports each other
What You'll Do
- Teach Algebra & Life Skills Math - Engage students in real-world problem-solving and critical thinking
- Differentiate & Challenge - Support students below grade level in closing skill gaps while also challenging those ready for more
- Help Build Math Confidence - Use scaffolding, visuals, manipulatives, and executive functioning strategies to make math accessible
- Create a Neurodiversity-Affirming Classroom - Focus on student strengths while supporting challenges
- Collaborate with a Supportive Team - Work alongside educators, counselors, and specialists to individualize learning

Salary: $48,000-$57,000 (based on credentials & experience)
