We're looking for a highly organized and detail-driven Materials Planner to manage the flow of raw materials and finished goods across our supply chain. You'll work cross-functionally with our production, procurement, and logistics teams to ensure materials are available on time-without overstocking or overpaying.


What You'll Do:

  • Plan and manage material needs based on sales orders and forecasts
  • Monitor inventory levels and optimize turnover rates
  • Coordinate with procurement to ensure timely delivery of materials
  • Communicate product availability to customer service and sales teams
  • Analyze data and report on material usage and supply risks
  • Collaborate with suppliers to resolve delays or quality issues
  • Support production scheduling and quality standards

What You Bring:

  • 2+ years of experience in materials planning, inventory, or supply chain
  • Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, etc.)
  • Strong communication and time management skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or a related field preferred
  • Experience working in fast-paced production or manufacturing environments
