Job Title: Material Planner
Location: 14385 West Port Arthur Road, Beaumont, TX 77705

Shift Timings: 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM

Overview:

• As a Material Planner, you will be responsible for coordinating efforts, supplies, and raw materials across units to support the timely and effective execution of operational and packaging plans. You will determine appropriate stocking levels of all raw materials and packaging to ensure daily production and package filling requirements are met. Additionally, you will report and reconcile daily production, manage BOMs, perform month-end closings in SAP, conduct annual physical inventory, participate in S&OP meetings, and serve as the production liaison with procurement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate efforts, supplies, and raw materials across units.
• Determine appropriate stocking levels of raw materials and packaging.
• Report and reconcile daily production.
• Manage BOMs and perform month-end closings in SAP.
• Conduct annual physical inventory.
• Participate in S&OP meetings.
• Serve as the production liaison with procurement.
• Recognize urgent requests and act with a high sense of urgency.
• Manage heavy email communications (Outlook) and time-sensitive tasks.
• Utilize Excel for calculating forecasting, reporting, and reconciling.
• Monitor and resolve logistics issues for raw material deliveries.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Industrial Warehousing and Logistics experience.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Excellent organization and administrative skills.
• Exemplary customer care skills.
• Detail-oriented and multitasking skills.
• Proficiency in SAP, Outlook, SharePoint, Aspen Process Explorer, and Excel.
