Supports Monday - Friday, hours are not completely locked down but will likely be 7am-3:30pm or 8am-4:30pm, standard business hours

POSITION SUMMARY:
The Material Handler I will be responsible for receiving, movement, handling, and accounting of raw materials, Work-in-Process, and Finished Goods. This position will involve the physical handling of materials as well as maintenance of accurate records within a cGMP environment. This individual operates in accordance with Antares Pharma policies and procedures, environmental, health, safety, and cGMP guidelines. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
These may include but are not limited to:
Receiving, check and verification of incoming shipments.
Movement and storage of materials in the appropriate storage locations
Assists with maintaining a clean and organized work area to ensure established safety requirements are maintained.
Use of pallet jacks and forklift to move materials.
Proper packaging and shipment of outbound materials
Responsible for the accurate entry of data related to receiving, inventory control, movement, and shipping of materials.
Perform cycle counts and ensure accurate inventory levels are maintained. Investigates and reports any inventory discrepancies.
Performs all job duties in accordance with Company Policies and Procedures.
Other duties as assigned.
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
A minimum of one to three years of warehousing and inventory control experience in a cGMP manufacturing environment required.
Experience working in an FDA regulated operation strongly preferred.
Previous experience in biotechnology or pharmaceutical industries preferred.

Must have the ability to work safely and responsibly in a Warehouse area.
Must be able to work well independently and in a team environment.
Ability to multi-task and adjust priorities, as necessary.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Excellent organizational skills
Must have the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
Able to perform physical activity such as standing for long periods of time, walking, and working with hands.
TRAVEL:
Travel may be required up to 5% of your time
