Job Description MASTER SCHEDULER The company is seeking mid-level and senior Master Schedulers to provide SETA support in Hanover, MD. RESPONSIBILITIES Designs, develops, and maintains Integrated Master Schedules (IMS);
Applies principles of project management developing large, complex schedules;
Performs program schedule analysis to include: Metrics, Critical Path, Float, and schedule variances; Builds and maintains a program-level IMS which includes major milestones and deliverables from vendors and Government sources;
Monitors vendor schedule performance to include weekly and monthly variances;
Utilizes Gantt, PERT, milestone charts, earned value management and other project management techniques to gauge progress and identify performance variances.
QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor's Degree in Project or Operations Management, or Business Administration (4 years of additional experience may be substituted in lieu of degree).
Minimum years of experience in project scheduling such as project/operations management or logistics: Mid-level: 4 years of experience
Senior: 8 years of experience
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS Successful completion of an advanced Microsoft Project course.
Familiarity with DoD Contracting environment, Integrated Program Management Data and Analysis Report, and Agile software development methodologies.
Experience on large-scale development projects

• Active DoD Top Secret/SCI clearance required TRAVEL
