Position Purpose: Responsible for taking action on coordinating, analyzing and completing requests for Customer and Material Master data setup, changes and validations from cross functional departments. Responsible for ensuring data quality and integrity is maintained by enforcing company governance rules. A key member of Master Data Governance for the customer and material workflow (requester or enhancer) and enforcing MDG company guidelines. Also responsible for completing data fix requests for sales orders due to various reasons (i.e., customer requests, orders suspended).

Key Job Activities: Analyze and assist in resolving complex customer setup issues. That may include but not limited to: invoicing, sales orders, contract/pricing, customer master, material master. These issues need to be resolved to prevent delays for service and/or Account Receivables.
Responsible for processing maintenance requests of various Master Data Management elements in SAP S4 to ensure accurate customer data is produced for reporting and invoicing. This may include requests for customer master updates, contract edits, material updates, sales order edits, etc.
Analyze existing customer related information to identify missing data and correct inconsistencies to drive accurate corporate metric reporting. This may include but not limited to: customer/material master, contract details, pricing components and sales orders.
Review, create and approve new/existing customer and material item master requests for all North America locations. Manage and process daily requests from multiple departments to add, edit or update customer or material master records in SAP.
Support customer sales order management responsibilities: Updating/canceling sales orders and resolving orders that did not process or invoice.
Perform other duties and responsibilities, as assigned.

Experience: Associates degree or equivalent preferred
0-1 Years of Experience
Experience with SAP (Knowledge of customer master, condition types, info records, PO Creation, etc.)
Experience with Salesforce (knowledge of cases, sales opportunities, CPQ, etc.)
Microsoft Excel proficiency a must- including Pivot Tables, V-Lookups, If/Then, etc.
Must have a strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Must possess analytical thinking and problem solving skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
