Master Data Analyst - Manufacturing Location: Jacksonville, FL
Pay: $84-97k (based on experience)
Schedule: Onsite Daily
Summary: ExecuSource is looking for a detail-oriented Master Data Analyst with 3+ years of experience in SAP S/4HANA master data management. This role involves maintaining and auditing master data, troubleshooting errors, and supporting Order to Cash (OTC) operations to ensure data accuracy and efficiency.
The ideal candidate will be proactive, collaborative, and detail-focused, ensuring data accuracy and contributing to process improvements in SAP S/4HANA.
What you get to do: - Maintain, audit, and validate materials, logistics, planning, and customer master data in SAP S/4HANA.
- Troubleshoot and resolve data errors impacting OTC processes.
- Monitor and escalate issues in master data entry queues.
- Ensure compliance with data governance policies.
- Collaborate with Sales, Logistics, Finance, and IT teams to maintain accurate data.
- Assist with data migration, cleansing, and enrichment projects.
- Update SAP master data templates and document best practices.
What you need to succeed: - 3+ years in SAP S/4HANA master data management or related fields.
- Bachelor's degree (preferred in Business, Data Analytics, IT, etc.).
- Strong SAP S/4HANA Master Data knowledge (OTC focus).
- Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Data Validation).
- Familiarity with reporting tools (Power BI, SAP IBP, SAP SAC) is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving, multitasking, and communication skills.
- Experience in supply chain, manufacturing, or logistics industries is preferred.
- Familiarity with OTC processes in an SAP environment is preferred.
