Your role will help patients regain their confidence and comfort through personalized fittings post-surgery.
What to Expect: - Support & Empower Patients: Provide warm consultations and tailored fittings for mastectomy products, compression garments, and wigs, ensuring patients feel their best during recovery.
- Blend Healthcare with Retail Expertise: Assist in merchandising, stocking, and inventory management while delivering exceptional customer service.
- Customize Treatment Plans: Assess patient needs, develop personalized fitting plans, and select appropriate products for individual requirements.
- Manage Sales & Operations: Process transactions, maintain inventory in our Point-of-Sale system, and contribute to marketing initiatives that enhance boutique offerings.
- Ensure Compliance & Documentation: Prepare and maintain medical records while adhering to all regulatory and insurance guidelines.
- Advance Your Skills: Obtain certification as a Mastectomy Fitter (CMF) and receive training in compression fittings to expand your expertise.

Requirements: - Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year experience in a retail or healthcare setting, with familiarity in Durable Medical Equipment (DME). Experience in fitting mastectomy products and compression garments, bras, and wigs is preferred.
- Certification: Certified Mastectomy Fitter (CMF) preferred; or willingness to pursue certification within 6 months of hire.
- Other: Excellent customer service skills, detail-oriented, and sensitivity to customer needs. Comfortable interacting with patients at various treatment stages. Proficient in data entry across multiple platforms (Microsoft Office suite and databases) and experienced in using cash register/point of sale systems.
