We're looking for Massage Therapists to join our team:
Therapist pay may range from $30 to $70 p/hr w/tips. Sign-on bonus of $500 to $1000 after 3 months with the studio (part-time/full-time).
We can guarantee 90% utilization by the end of the first month.
We have made a great name for ourselves in the short time we have been open by treating our customers well and providing the best service possible.
Our studio has a modern look and feel with variable lighting in each room, hydraulic tables, music and more.
Each therapist must complete training within the first month of employment. You will be paid $150 once training is complete.
There will be free CPE opportunities and reimbursement for license renewals.
Schedule availability is flexible, however at least one weekend shift is required.
Responsibilities:
- Building relationships with your clients, leading to repeat clients
- Providing the customer with the best experience possible
- Completing SOAP notes at the end of each session
- Complete onboarding and annual training requirements
- Keep up with licensing requirements.
Qualifications:
- Fully licensed with the NC Board of Massage and Bodywork Therapy and in good standing.
