I am Partnered with a prestigious law firm that is looking to add an attorney to their Anti Trust/Mass Tort Litigation Group.
Qualifications:
- J.D. from an accredited law school
- Member in good standing of the State Bar of California
- Minimum of 5 years of substantive mass torts and/or antitrust litigation experience
- Experience handling higher level assignments and motion practice before federal and state courts
- Strong analytical research and writing skills
- Experience taking and defending depositions
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Responsibilities:
- Develop strategy on mass torts and/or antitrust litigation
- Independently attend court hearings
- Independently draft complaints, discovery, and critical motions
- Work on and assist in trial preparations
- Communicate with clients, witnesses, and experts.
