Location: El Segundo, CA

We are seeking an experienced mass action/antitrust litigation attorney to join our dynamic legal team in El Segundo, CA. The ideal candidate will have at least five years of substantive litigation experience in mass torts and/or antitrust cases, along with strong advocacy skills in both federal and state courts.

• Develop and execute litigation strategies for mass tort and antitrust cases
• Independently handle court hearings, motion practice, and case management
• Draft complaints, discovery, and critical motions with minimal supervision
• Take and defend depositions of key witnesses and experts
• Assist in trial preparation, including witness coordination and evidentiary matters
• Communicate effectively with clients, witnesses, and experts throughout the litigation process

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
• Active member of the California Bar in good standing
• 5 years of experience in mass torts and/or antitrust litigation
• Strong motion practice experience before federal and state courts
• Excellent legal research, writing, and analytical skills
• Proven experience taking and defending depositions
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
