JMBM is seeking a Marketing Technology Specialist to join our team. The Specialist will oversee the maintenance and optimization of our new Firm website and customer relationship management (CRM) system. They also will play a key role in the implementation and expansion of other Firmwide marketing technology initiatives. The Specialist will play a critical part in enhancing the Firm's digital presence and streamlining client engagement through technology. Essential Duties
  • Harness your research skills to evaluate and recommend new marketing technologies to enhance business development and branding efforts.
  • Lead training initiatives for the CRM system to increase attorney engagement tracking contacts, interactions, and business development activities.
  • Draw on your industry expertise and stay informed on legal industry website trends and digital best practices, recommending new features and improvements to keep the firm's online presence competitive.
  • Apply your analytical skills to track, report on, and assess website data to create actionable business development tasks.
  • Identify, negotiate with, and coordinate vendors for technology-related services such as website design, site performance, CRM bugs, system updates, and user access.
  • Employ your creativity to design graphics, handouts, proposals, attorney holiday cards, pitch packets, and other promotional materials to support Firm initiatives while ensuring brand consistency.
  • Utilize your project management skills to maintain project timelines, respond to attorney requests, and execute on initiatives discussed at stakeholders' meetings.
  • Collaborate with peers and the Chief Marketing and Business Development Officer to assist with client alerts, blog posts, social media posts, and other miscellaneous marketing tasks as needed.
  • Supplement the effectiveness of other administrative departments, such as HR and Recruiting, by assisting with marketing efforts related to diversity and talent-focused initiatives.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 3 years of marketing technology experience required.
  • A demonstratable understanding of website analytics, SEO, and data management best practices is required.

Position: Non-Exempt

Location: Century City. 5 days onsite for the first 90-days, then 4 days per week onsite, 1 day remote thereafter.

Salary: $80k - $95k base
