Key Responsibilities:
- Define, gather, and distill marketing tech requirements for digital service growth.
- Design and deliver solutions for global initiatives in owned and paid media.
- Manage projects, track performance, and deliver executive-ready reports.
- Coordinate landing pages, creative assets, and campaign deliverables across teams.
- Support affiliate program setup, testing, messaging, and KPI reporting.
- Assess team capabilities, risks, and project costs.
- Influence tool roadmaps, lead tool implementation, and provide training/documentation.
- Act as internal resource for troubleshooting and cross-team communications.
Qualifications:
- BA/BS preferred, 5+ years in marketing tech, digital marketing, or campaign/project management.
- Strategic and creative thinker with strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Experience with marketing tools, CMS, APIs, digital media, and engineering collaboration.
- Skilled in Agile/Waterfall methods and tools like Adobe CC, Sketch, and Photoshop.
- Proven success in managing complex, fast-paced, high-visibility projects globally.
