Soni Resources is seeking an Marketing Technology Manager to join their clients team. This role involves partnering with the business to understand processes and identify technology opportunities, ultimately delivering solutions to business challenges. The position also ensures the continuous operation of critical applications and infrastructure. The Manager will drive daily execution while contributing to the strategic direction of the functional area and its key dependencies.

Responsibilities:
  • Manages and develops staff, projects, and IT resources related to the Customer Communications platform.
  • Implements multiple technology projects from initial concept to final completion.
  • Develops innovative ideas and business solutions, recommending projects that align with corporate objectives.
  • Ensures consistent 100% availability of all assigned systems.
  • Budgets and plans for future resource needs.
  • Manages outages, providing timely communication to relevant team members, senior leaders, and stakeholders.
  • Manages the end-to-end lifecycle of functional to technical solutions.
  • Plans, communicates, and executes all project phases.
  • Provides expert guidance on the evaluation and deployment of technical solutions for business requirements.
  • Defines and manages project scope and change management, ensuring documentation of changes impacting plans and budgets.
  • Communicates project status to stakeholders for approval.
  • Identifies, analyzes, and manages project risks, responding appropriately.
  • Initiates and disseminates timely information with appropriate detail for the audience.
  • Escalates issues and vulnerabilities to senior management and stakeholders.
  • Develops and manages a budget ranging from approximately $1-4 million.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills including initiative, motivation, mentoring, interpersonal skills, ownership, and meeting deadlines, along with a positive attitude and strong ethics.

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize assignments and advanced problem-solving capabilities.
  • Proven ability to work independently as a self-starter, proactively developing solutions for business needs.
  • Experience developing and managing project plans, forecasts, and budgets, with the ability to present data clearly and accurately.
  • Proficiency in analyzing and reporting on project plans, budgets, and projections to senior management.
  • Proven ability to lead both on-site and virtual teams effectively.
  • Experience applying best practices and business processes to support organizational goals.
  • Ability to interact effectively with vendors and staff at all organizational levels.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience supporting Marketing Technology platforms.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience supporting SaaS platforms and working directly with software providers.
  • Experience with data platforms, preferably customer data.
  • Experience with customer segmentation and analytics.
  • Experience with Omnichannel communications.
  • Experience with Customer Journey orchestration.
  • Required experience with Adobe Campaign, Hubspot, SF Marketing Cloud, or similar products.
  • Preferred experience with Adobe Experience Cloud.
  • BA/BS degree and 8-10 years of relevant experience, or equivalent relevant experience in lieu of a degree.
  • Ability to work a hybrid schedule (remote 2 days per week after a 90-day onboarding period).
  • Willingness to travel 10%-20% as required.
  • Ability to occasionally lift and move computing equipment up to 75 lbs.
  • Ability to work effectively in both office and remote environments, with prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and using a computer.
