Job Purpose:

The Marketing Technologist is a hybrid role that encompasses marketing and technology, focusing on managing and optimizing marketing technology tools, implementing strategies, while also providing technical support to users, acting as a point of contact for resolving issues related to computer hardware, software, and networks, often via phone, email, or chat.

Description of Essential Duties:
  • Developing marketing strategies that align with business goals.
  • Analyzing data from various sources to inform marketing strategies, track performance, and measure ROI.
  • Developing and executing marketing campaigns across channels leveraging technical capabilities to optimize reach and engagement.
  • Overseeing website maintenance, ensuring a user-friendly experience and alignment with marketing goals.
  • Being at the frontline for resolving basic technical problems, acting as the first point of contact for users with questions or issues.
  • Diagnoses and troubleshoot issues related to computer hardware, software, printers, and other peripherals.
  • Walk users through solutions, ensuring they understand the process and can resolve the issue.
  • Keep records of resolved issues and solutions for future reference.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualification Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Marketing, or Information Technology with two (2) or more years of relevant experience.
  • Construction industry experience, preferred.
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles.
  • Ability to interpret data, extract insights, and translate them into actionable marketing strategies.
  • Familiarity of digital marketing channels (SEO, SEM, social media) and online marketing optimization.
  • Strong understanding of computer hardware, software, networks, and operating systems.
  • Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues quickly and effectively.
  • Excellent communication, patience, and interpersonal skills to interact with users effectively.
  • Ability to identify problems, research solutions, and implement them.
  • Strives to automate processes and procedures.
  • Spirit of continuous improvement and cooperation.
Physical Demands:

Sedentary position requiring extended periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Talking, hearing, and repetitive motions are required. Constantly and repeatedly use of keyboard/mouse.

Office position - will not have the opportunity for remote or hybrid model.
