What a Typical Day Could Look Like As the Marketing Support Manager, you'll play a key role in ensuring our marketing operations run efficiently and effectively. You'll drive fast-paced project execution, streamline onboarding and offboarding processes, and ensure seamless support through our marketing ticketing system and helpdesk. From managing key vendor and agency partnerships to leading audits, optimizing workflows, analyzing data, and leveraging AI tools-you'll be at the center of scaling marketing efficiency and impact.
You are the Operations Optimizer. - Take full ownership of the marketing ticketing system and helpdesk, swiftly resolving issues and continuously improving community support.
- Analyze trends, innovate solutions, and implement process enhancements that elevate support quality and amplify efficiency across the board.
- Champion best practices across the marketing portfolio, scaling strategies that maximize impact and drive real results.
You are the Project Manager & Innovator. - Lead the charge in developing and executing strategic project plans that align with marketing goals, keeping everything on track and on budget.
- Leverage cutting-edge AI tools to automate tasks, personalize customer interactions, and boost campaign performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners to deliver projects that are impactful, timely, and exceed expectations.
You are the Strategic Partner. - You'll get to dive into performance data to refine workflows, eliminate inefficiencies, and drive continuous enhancement in all areas of marketing.
- Build strong, lasting partnerships with internal teams and stakeholders, positioning marketing support as an invaluable, strategic asset in achieving business success.

Requirements
Key Skills and Abilities Needed to Succeed in This Role: - 5+ years of experience in marketing or project management, preferably within the multifamily or real estate industry.
- Proven experience in managing projects and coordinating multiple marketing initiatives.
- Knowledge of residential community management marketing strategies, including digital, print, and social media marketing.
- Knowledge of real estate market dynamics, leasing trends, and resident demographics.
- Skilled in CRM platforms, property management systems, and digital marketing tools.
- Experience in leading and mentoring a team.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
- Knowledge of marketing principles and practices, including digital, print, and social media marketing.
- Familiarity with real estate market dynamics, leasing trends, and resident demographics.
- Proficient in project management software, CRM platforms, community management systems, and digital marketing tools.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to guide and motivate others.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.
