They provide multicurrency IBANs, merchant solutions, and mass payment options via a unified platform and contract, delivering premium and convenient payment services.

Role Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Marketing Team Lead/Head to drive and transform marketing strategy across B2B and B2C segments. This role requires strong leadership, data-driven decision making, and hands-on involvement in managing marketing campaigns and teams within an international context.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute effective marketing strategies to achieve business objectives and increase brand visibility.
  • Lead and motivate the marketing team to ensure high productivity and successful goal attainment.
  • Define and monitor KPIs and ROI across marketing channels to optimize resource allocation.
  • Analyze performance data using advanced tools, identify trends, and implement continuous improvements.
  • Manage integrated marketing campaigns including email, social media, SEM, and content marketing.
  • Oversee content creation (case studies, white papers, webinars) to establish thought leadership.
  • Drive international market expansion by adapting marketing strategies and product messaging.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, product, customer success) to align initiatives.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform strategy and product decisions.
  • Coordinate event and conference logistics to maximize lead generation and brand impact.
  • Maintain and update marketing resources such as brand guidelines and competitor reports.
Skills & qualifications
  • 5+ years of marketing experience, with at least 3 years in a marketing leadership role.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies that drive business growth.
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles, digital marketing channels (email marketing, social media marketing, SEO, PPC), and marketing analytics.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Experience managing and developing a high-performing marketing team.
  • Data-driven approach with a strong understanding of marketing KPIs and ROI measurement.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
    Advanced level of English proficiency, Fluent level of Ukrainian or Russian languages.
As a plus:

Marketing experience in a FinTech company (specifically Electronic Money Institution).

Experience with B2B and B2C audiences on an international level (low-medium-hight risk industries).
