Job Description: The Marketing Support Specialist will be the key liaison between our clients, internal teams, and external partners within our automotive marketing agency. This role is responsible for receiving, analyzing, and managing requests to ensure they are directed to the appropriate team. They will also gather pertinent information, track progress, and ensure timely task execution through effective communication and follow-ups. The ideal candidate will be skilled in both client relations and technical knowledge, particularly in SaaS platforms related to marketing technology.
Key Responsibilities - Request Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for receiving and managing requests from clients, internal departments, and external partners. Assess each request and determine the appropriate team to handle it.
- Information Gathering: Collect and verify all relevant information required for the task, ensuring the assigned teams have everything they need to execute effectively.
- Task Assignment & Follow-Up: Ensure requests are directed to the appropriate teams promptly. Monitor progress, provide regular updates to stakeholders, and follow up to ensure tasks are completed on schedule.
- Client Communication: Maintain clear, consistent communication with clients, updating them on the progress of their requests, addressing any issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
- SaaS & Tech Support: Utilize and understand marketing technology platforms (SaaS) relevant to clients' marketing stacks. Assist with minor technical issues and escalate complex problems as needed.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of client interactions, requests, task assignments, and resolutions within our CRM and project management systems.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve the request handling process, communication flow, and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications - Experience: 2+ years in a customer support or project coordination role, preferably within the marketing or automotive industry.
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with Automotive SaaS platforms, especially those related to marketing and advertising technology.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities. Able to convey complex information clearly and effectively.
- Organizational Skills: Strong ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Resourceful, with strong analytical skills and the ability to resolve issues proactively.
Preferred Qualifications - Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) and project management software.
- Knowledge of the automotive marketing space and associated advertising platforms.
- Basic technical troubleshooting skills, particularly with SaaS applications.
