Do you want to help us build the DNA of tech.? Vishay Barry is currently seeking applicants for a proactive, detail-oriented, and computer-saavy Marketing Support Specialist to assist in our marketing team in creating and managing marketing materials, customer and part number data, ensuring order accuracy and assisting in smooth day-to-day operations of the team. This role is ideal for someone with strong organizational skills, creativity, attention to detail and a willingness to learn.

Job Location:

Vishay Barry is located in Attleboro, MA that is conveniently located near the main highways as well as some highly recommended restaurants. There are 70 employees across two shifts working at our 40,000 sq. ft. facility of manufacturing space. This would be an on-site position.

What you will be doing:
  • Collaborate in various marketing activities across multiple internal/external platforms.
  • Coordinate with various departments and colleagues to assist in production of marketing materials.
  • Assist the sales and marketing team by providing cross functional support within the organization.
  • In charge of collecting, analyzing (product codification, customer context, existing contracts, historical prices, costs) and processing customer price quotations and annual contracts updates.
  • Analyze sales statistics for direct customers and distributors, stock levels, and provide recommendations.
  • Manage part numbers and provide product details upon request
  • Review processed sales orders to ensure accuracy
  • Implement updates to price lists for customers and distributors
  • Oversee customer database
What you will bring along:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related customer service/sales field (or equivalent experience)
  • 1-3 years of experience in a marketing support or customer service/sales role in a manufacturing organization (electronics preferred but not required)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel Mandatory - Other Microsoft Office Suite Applications (Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint) also preferred.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work effectively with a wide range of people
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities/projects
