Job Summary: As the Marketing Operations and Strategy Lead, you will drive the strategic planning of marketing campaigns and the successful execution of tactics. You are both data-driven and creative - interested in bringing ideas to life that will truly impact our Associates and clients.
You will be a key member of a fast-moving team tasked with driving improved marketing strategies tied to incremental revenue. In this role, it is important to understand the complexities of this insurance brokerage space - and be able to enable sales teams in the field and drive results digitally. Additionally, you are passionate about developing a best-in-class organization - and understand how a strong brand and purpose translate to growth and increased revenue.
- Marketing our business, products and solutions to multiple buyer persona journeys, including Producers, employer groups and employees; and continuously refine the value proposition that Lockton brings to those audiences
- Manage the tactical implementation of content that enables the Southeast sales teams in the field and motivates sales influencers
- Drive campaigns that prioritize ROI, continuously refining them to align with stakeholders' success
- Act as a thought partner allowing us to develop meaningful content and carry out successful GTM narratives and campaigns
- Conduct research and continually stay up to date with employee benefits and B2B2C trends to inform positioning and opportunities
- Manage individuals and contract resources in projects, which include the tactical implementation of messaging and marketing strategies
- Collaborating with the Creative Strategies and RFP teams
- Track record for successfully developing tactical marketing strategy - ranging from copywriting promotional messages and providing design direction
- Able to excel in a fast-paced environment with strong organizational and project management skills to manage multiple projects within tight deadlines
- Experience working with and enabling a variety of cross-functional partners and stakeholders, with a focus on field sales teams
- Detail-oriented, data-driven, and able to execute on work that fulfills set goals/KPIs
- Collaborate with and present strategic planning to sales teams to enable and influence
Requirements: - Deep understanding of the seasonality, trends and buyers involved in the employee benefits and insurance industry
- Comfortable using project management/collaboration software platforms
- Fluent in reporting on and interpreting data
- 4+ years of marketing experience in the insurance space or in employee benefits, preferably at a growth-oriented company
- 10+ years in B2B or an adjacent field
