Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive the creation and execution of impactful marketing campaigns that boost brand visibility, enhance customer interaction, and generate leads.
  • Manage marketing project processes through platforms such as or Asana, ensuring deliverables are met on time and to high standards.
  • Analyze and refine marketing strategies by utilizing data-driven insights from tools like Google Analytics to improve channel performance.
  • Collaborate with diverse teams including content, design, and sales to ensure cohesive campaign strategies and objectives.
  • Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for all marketing activities, providing insightful recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Utilize HubSpot for effective campaign management, lead nurturing, and CRM operations.
  • Stay informed about the latest AI advancements and integrate these technologies to maximize marketing effectiveness.
  • Develop and oversee budgets for marketing initiatives, focusing on cost-efficiency and maximizing returns on investment.
  • Provide mentorship and support to junior marketing team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 5+ years of experience in a marketing management capacity or similar role.
  • Strong proficiency in Google Analytics, with a knack for interpreting data and making strategic decisions.
  • Experience overseeing marketing projects using tools like or Asana.
  • Hands-on experience with HubSpot for marketing automation and CRM.
  • Proficiency in the MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Demonstrated ability to incorporate AI tools into marketing strategies effectively.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven leadership and team management capabilities.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously with expertise.
