About the Role

We've previously outsourced our marketing efforts in the past, but arewe're now ready to bring marketingit in-house and build a high-performing, scalable function-starting with Vaerus Jet Sales. We're looking for a hands-on marketing leader who can build from the ground up, set the strategy, execute campaigns, and know when to outsource versus scale internally.


This is a rare opportunity to shape the marketing foundation of a fast-growing company. This is not a sales role, you'llor business development position. We are not looking for someone to prospect, close deals, or manage a sales pipeline.


We are seeking a hands-on Marketing Strategist who will own the marketing function: developing the strategy, executing campaigns, guiding our brand voice, and scaling the marketing effort as we grow. You'll work directly with companyexecutiveleadership to bring consistency, clarity, and momentum to our messaging, brand presence, and client engagement strategies.


This is a foundational role for someone who thrives in building from the ground up.



What You'll Do

As our first internal marketing hire, the Marketing Strategist will:


• Own and develop oura comprehensive marketing strategy from scratch


• Execute and optimize campaigns across digital and traditional channels


• PartnerAlign marketing strategy with company goals in collaboration with leadership to align

Track and report on marketing with overall business goals


• Build reporting dashboards to track performance (lead quality, CAC, ROI), etc.)


• ManageOversee outsourced partners, agencies, and freelance contributorsfreelancers


• DevelopDefine and develop our brand voicemessaging and storytelling


• Collaborate with Support-but not lead-sales to supportby enabling lead generation and conversionthrough marketing channels


• Identify, implement,Implement and manage marketing technology and tools and systems


• Travel as needed for aircraft shoots, industry events, or key partner collaborationspartnerships ( 10 15% expected)%)

Easy-to-read, actionable marketing dashboards

Ideal Candidate Profile:


• 5+ years of experience in marketing, ideally in high-considerationa marketing strategy or management role (notsales or professional services)


• Has builtExperience building or rebuilttransforming marketing atin a small to mid-sizedor midsize company


• StrongExpertise in digital strategy (SEO, paid, email, content, website optimizationemail, web)


• ConfidentSkilled in managing vendors and freelancers and vendors


• StrongEffective communicator who can educate and collaborator with non-marketing leadership


• Comfortable being both planningstrategic and doingexecutional
