The Digital Marketing Strategist develops, executes, and optimizes digital marketing strategies to drive traffic, engagement, and revenue for Flavors United and its family of brands. This role is critical in growing brand awareness, generating leads, and increasing conversions across multiple digital channels.

Plan, execute, and oversee comprehensive digital marketing campaigns across paid search, social media, email, and SEO channels.

Manage digital advertising platforms to support lead generation and sales.

Conduct keyword research, develop content strategies, and optimize on-page SEO to improve search rankings.

Build and monitor email campaigns and marketing automation workflows for customer acquisition and retention.

Track key performance indicators (KPIs), analyze campaign data, and provide actionable insights to improve effectiveness.

Collaborate with internal stakeholders to create digital content and support integrated marketing goals.

Ensure campaigns are compliant with regulatory requirements and align with brand standards.

Maintain vendor relationships and an up-to-date catalog of media kits for promotional opportunities.

Photograph products and create compliant graphics for internal and external use.

Add and manage products, categories, and groups on the Magento website; coordinate with web developers on updates.

Manage online and print catalogs and ensure accuracy of marketing materials.

Provide marketing support and materials to the sales team to aid in outreach and promotions.

Stay current on industry, marketing, and design trends to ensure modern and competitive campaigns.

Liaise with production and receiving teams on promotional materials and web-related tasks.

Support brand development efforts and maintain a consistent brand identity across all channels.

Monitor the marketing budget and ensure campaigns are cost-effective and ROI-positive.

Analyze market trends to identify new opportunities and potential risks.

Coordinate with the sales team to ensure cohesive, integrated marketing and sales efforts.

Maintain strong relationships with external vendors for product-focused marketing initiatives.


Work environment:

This role operates primarily in an office environment.

Occasional collaboration in warehouse or production areas may be required for campaign planning or coordination with cross-functional teams.

Physical demands:

Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.

Ability to occasionally lift office supplies or marketing materials up to 15 pounds.

Preferred education and experience

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in digital marketing, ideally in a CPG or e-commerce environment.

Minimum of 3 years experience in graphic design.

Proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics and email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot).

Experience with website content management systems and CRM tools is a plus.

Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud Applications.

Familiarity with SEO basics.

Experience with Magento is a plus.

Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and branding consistency.
