Lead Generation & Marketing Strategist - Hybrid - Houston, TX

Shape How the World Sees Industrial Innovation

Bring Cowboy Energy to Global Tech Marketing

Strong Presenter & Savvy Storyteller with Technical Chops

Hybrid Role - Based in Houston, Always Out Front

We're building the next industrial powerhouse-and now we need a marketing leader who doesn't just promote what we do, but helps shape where we go. We're looking for a Lead Generation & Marketing Strategist who can drive smart engagement, identify the right stages to stand on, and make sure the right people hear our story-whether it's in a boardroom, a breakout session, or a booth.

This role is for someone who blends technical understanding with sharp marketing instincts, who's equal parts listener, persuader, and builder. If you can scan a trade show floor and know which conversation matters-or light up a room with a pitch-this one's for you.

What You'll Do:

  • Design and execute lead generation strategies that drive commercial interest in our industrial tech portfolio.
  • Identify high-impact industry events, conferences, and forums we should sponsor, attend, or speak at-and why.
  • Work cross-functionally with product, sales, and leadership teams to craft messaging that resonates deeply with technical audiences.
  • Prepare and deliver clear, confident presentations-whether you're briefing a customer or representing the company on stage.
  • Lead the creation of content, campaigns, and conference materials that convert visibility into meaningful leads.
  • Track marketing KPIs and lead quality-what's working, what's noise, and what's next.
  • Bring strategic focus and bold energy to how we show up in the world, with a consistent, differentiated voice.

What You Bring:

  • Experience in B2B marketing, demand generation, or go-to-market strategy-especially in tech, software, automation, or industrial innovation.
  • Technical background-either through education (engineering, CS, automation) or past roles in industrial/tech companies.
  • Strong communication skills-both a presenter and a listener. You read the room, nail the message, and keep people engaged.
  • Excellent judgment around event and conference ROI-you know what moves the needle and what's just optics.
  • Self-starter with a roll-up-your-sleeves mindset-you drive, not just execute.
  • Comfortable working 2-3 days per week in Houston HQ, and traveling occasionally for events.

Bonus Points If You:

  • Have worked at a company that bridges software, automation, or industrial technology.
  • Have organized large-scale presence at trade shows or built strategic partnerships through industry events.
  • Can build campaign briefs, nurture flows, and marketing decks without constant hand-holding.
  • Are energized by complexity and ambiguity-you don't wait for instructions, you make the plan.
