What You'll Do

Your day-to-day will be as dynamic as the brand you support. Here's what you'll be tackling:
  • Support Community Marketing: Help execute 90-day marketing strategies for communities and analyze campaign performance.
  • Project Coordination: Work with internal stakeholders and external vendors to keep projects on track and on brand.
  • Team Onboarding: Equip new sales and marketing team members with the right tools and processes.
  • Go-To-Market Support: Assist with marketing for new and acquisition communities-from signage to strategy and beyond.
  • Content & Creative Support: Manage photoshoots and video projects that showcase our communities at their best.
  • Quarterly Marketing Plans: Contribute to strategic planning for existing communities.
  • Direct Mail Management: Coordinate with vendors and develop targeted mailing lists.
  • Organizational Guru: Maintain up-to-date digital filing systems and Teams channels.
  • Marketing Inbox Management: Monitor and triage the marketing questions inbox, providing timely, helpful responses.
What You'll Bring
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, or related field
  • 3-5 years of marketing experience (brand, agency, or in-house)
  • Strong coordination and project management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Detail-oriented with creative instincts
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a collaborative, team-first culture
